Carriers
General Terms & Conditions

| 1. |
By
owner's or agent's signature A.T.S. Transportation Services is hereby
authorized to act as the broker of transportation of the vehicle from
the point of pickup specified on the reverse side to the point of
destination specified. |
| 2. |
This
order and any shipment hereunder is subject to ALL terms and condition
of CARRIERS tariff, pursuant to the uniform straight bill of lading,
copies of which are available to shipper at the office of carrier
and are included herein by reference and made part hereof. Shipper
understands Carriers are liable for any and all damages liability,
and claims and therefore agrees to hold A.T.S. Transportation Services
harmless and blameless, and exempt from all claims. |

If
damages occurs during transport, then A.T.S. Transportation may assist
you in processing your claim against the carrier. Any such claim must
be made by you. A.T.S. Transportation as a broker is not liable for
damages occurring by transporters. |
| 4. |
Signing
the bill of lading at destination without any notation shall be evidence
of satisfactory damage free delivery of the vehicle. Inspect your
cars inside and out top and bottom, before signing your name receiving
your car. |
| 5. |
As
is standard in the auto transport industry, carrier and agents can
not guarantee any delivery date. Shipper understands that service
is subject to delay. Neither Carriers nor agents are responsible for
car rentals or any other special consequential damages, including
non use of the vehicle while undergoing transport. |

Owner
will ensure that car(s) are serviced, roadworthy, filled with antifreeze
and equipped with tires properly filled. |
| 7. |
Refunds
or credits for orders canceled less than 48 hours before pickup will
be subject to processing charges of 5% of the shipping price with
a minimum of $25.00. |

CARRIERS
WILL SPECIFICALLY NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING |
| A. |
Damage
cause by leaking fluids, cooling system antifreeze solution, battery
acid or industrial fall out. |
| B. |
Radio
antennas that do not retract to no more than three(3) inches above
the hood or fender of the car being transported. |
| C. |
Loss
or damage to tape player, recorder, radio or other sound reproducing
or transmitting or receiving equipment which is not factory mounted
in the car(s) transported. |
| D. |
Mechanical
functions, exhaust assembly, alignment, suspension, or tuning of vehicles
being transported. |
| E. |
Auto
rental accruals. |
| F. |
Loss
or damage to article's left in the car. |
| G. |
Damages
caused by freezing of cooling system and/or batteries |
